There were some issues. I ordered 2 hoodies on 11/17/2022, I received an email confirming the order the same day but after 2 weeks I still hadn’t heard anything. I messaged them on 12/2 and was told the order did not “cross over” into queue, so it was not seen. She apologized and had order ready on 12/7. When I picked it up the name on the back of one hoodie, “Abby’s Mom” was missing the apostrophe so I messaged them again asking if it could be fixed. It was dropped off in the morning of 12/12 and was ready the next day 12/13. Despite all of this I would still purchase again. This is a locally owned business based out of her home. They are invested in our community and support/sponsor our Champions baseball league. Customer service was excellent and even though there were issues, they were dealt with promptly and professionally.
