Digital Design Download Order DISCLAIMER/TERMS

By purchasing said digital download design templates TOU include the use of both personal and commercial use.

1. Print and sell unlimited PHYSICAL finished items using purchased design from TLP.

1. Alter the design and claim it as your own.
2. Gift, share, or sell the digital file in parts or/and as element.
3. Share or upload to any sharing site.
4. Copy or create items which look very similar to this design in order to get around these policies.
5. Print Sublimation transfers
6. Print in any manner not outlined under the allowed column.
7.None of TLP Designs are allowed to be uploaded /sold/shared onto Creative Studio/Go Expressions/Go Exchange or any other Third Party Application.

These TOU applies to all current and future designs made by TLP Bows, Designs & Transfers.

By purchasing you are agreeing to these policies. You are required to watermark images appropriately to prevent theft and to protect the integrity of the designs created by TLP Bows, Designs & Transfers.

You are not required to give credit to the designer (TLP) in your listings/postings, but if asked where to find the design, referrals are appreciated.

Physical Products ( including transfers)-
Our policy lasts 7 business days from receipt of items. If 7 business days have gone by since your receipt of items and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, you are accepting of order as is.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

CANCELLATIONS  -Refund will be issued if order is cancelled within SAME DAY, otherwise a store credit will be issued on ALL orders.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
