What is DTF?
***Newest technology out in the garment printing industry. Allows for pressing onto any color and/or type of garment with a slightly less expensive price point, softer hand, yet more stretch ability than HTV transfers ( although I am totally not knocking HTV transfers as I use them DAILY but there are just some designs that are very hard to make great cutlines for on the eco-solvent printer. I myself have done months of research and testing of wash ability and more to ensure to provide quality transfers.
When would DTF (direct to film) benefit me?
–if you do not have min met for screen-print transfers
–those one-off orders
–customers love a sublimation design but wants on a different color garment

Medium Pressure( 60lb psi) Cool/Cold peel)
Poly ——–275 F/ 10 seconds
Triblends—275 F / 10 seconds
50/50 & Cotton —–305-310 F / 12 seconds
Repress using teflon sheet for add’l 5-10 seconds after peel mask.

This type transfer is made using real textile inks which are water-based ( not plastisol) that are printed onto clear PET transfer film. These prints do use white inks which places a white base to allow pressing onto any color and/or type of garment with a less expensive price point than HTV and no setup or min as with custom screenprints, softer hand, more vibrant colors due to printing digitally , a great stretch ability. The best comparison in “feel” would be comparable to High Heat transfers that many are familiar with.
The biggest upside to our prints is there is no setup fees, no minimums, so customs are available . We print all IN HOUSE with an industrial sized printer setup. This allows for you to take care of those one off orders without having a setup fee for each design wanting to offer.

PrePress garment
Press times between 260-315 F for 15sec- each heat press is different as this is a recommended setting (directions provided- depending the garment type) using Teflon sheet
Quick Peel Cool/Cold and to give a matte finish re press for additional 5-7 seconds.
