Sublimation Transfers are printed using high quality sublimation inks, paper and printer which can be applied to many sublimation friendly substrates along with garments of light colored and high in polyester count (50% polyester being min but recommended no less than 65%). CAN NOT PRINT WHITE- these inks are dyed into the fabric/substrate you are pressing onto
Press times vary depending on substrate. Most common is 385-400 F for 55-60sec

DTF (direct to film transfer) is made using real textile inks which are water-based ( not plastisol) that are printed onto clear PET transfer film. These prints do use white inks which places a white base to allow pressing onto any color and/or type of garment with a less expensive price point than HTV and no setup or min as with custom screenprints, softer hand, more vibrant colors due to printing digitally , a great stretch ability. The best comparison in “feel” would be comparable to High Heat transfers that many are familiar with.
The biggest upside to our DTF Transfers is there is no setup fees, no minimums, so customs are available . We print all IN HOUSE with an industrial sized printer setup. This allows for you to take care of those one off orders without having a setup fee for each design wanting to offer.

Press times between 280-290 F for 12seconds (each heat press is different as this is a recommended setting ) using Teflon sheet
Peel Cool/Cold and to give a matte finish re press for additional 5-6 seconds.

HTV Transfers are printed using high quality Eco solvent inks with Eco solvent printer which they can be pressed onto any color and/or blend of garment*Disclaimer- some of the HTV transfers due to the details of the design will have a slight white border.

Spangle Transfers are top quality spangles – pretty much a sequin without the hole, that are heat-applied using a heat press. Spangles are holographic or metallic and have a soft hand on your garments. They are not raised like your typical rhinestones , they lay flat on the shirt as like vinyl. The amazing light refraction both indoor and out is sure to be a fashion statement for all.
Can be applied to any color cotton, rayon, mixed blends, denim, canvas, and more.
